We were having line quality issues with the three phone lines in our house/home office. Spoke with Charlie and explained the issues we were having. He was very professional and I felt like he had a good understanding of our problem. One of his techs was out to our house the following day. Rick spent time checking all the jacks and lines and running a test line from the outside phone box, bypassing our existing wiring and jacks. After hooking up the test line and hearing the same line quality issues, we recognized that the phone company's lines outside the house were the culprit. Charlie gave us some suggestions for dealing with the phone company. It was apparent that both Charlie and Rick were very experienced and delivered excellent customer service. If we have phone issues in the future I will be certain to call upon them.

Actually it went wonderfully. Charlie was able to calm me down after anothe phone service had messed up the order several times. he also told me where to buy the actual phones cheaper and which ones to buy. When the technician arrived at the house, he was professional and competent adn took a system that was not working (only one line functioning on two jacks) and made it possible for three lines to work on seven jacks and hooked up the fax. He also exlained how everything worked in a language I could understand, and showed me something about future changes.
